SERIES INVERTER CONTROLLED DIRECT DRIVEN
SCREW AIR COMPRESSORS

As it known standard compressors work at load and unload modes because of variable air demands of plants. The Compressor when run at unload mode despite producing no air, consumes 30-35 % of existing main motor power which cause consuming energy without any use.

 

The Frequency inverter at Drive series, detects continuously airline pressure information from the pressure sensor which connected to the air line and realize immediate air demand; regulate main motor speed as per immediate demand. By this way compressor run at variable power range with high rate at load mode during working period, by this way saves energy 

 

80 % of Total cost incurred during compressor whole working life is energy consumption. By Drive series it is possible to save from that main cost

Drive series which produced by Ozen compressors, the air end and main motor connected directly with coupling by 1:1 rate. The direct connection means two components shafts connect each other without any gear arrangement in between, by this connection style the efficiency reach to high level.


Drive series with excellent power characteristics and high energy saving provides real efficiency.

OPTIMUM ENERGY USE
Drive series screw compressors produce compressed air as per immediate demand of plant, by this way provide energy save between 25 - 35%

Drive series screw compressors produce compressed air only as per immediate demand of plant, high energy consumption is not subject during low capacity usage.

 

CONSTANT PRESSURE ADVANTAGE
By following air demand continuously the air production is regular and the pressure at airline is always constant. The energy loose of load and unload pressures is not valid for DRIVE series. Using different pressures is possible just changing the values from control panel.

 

SOFT START-UP
The frequency inverter keep control of motor speed, provides DRIVE series screw compressors more comfortable and soft start-up than standard compressors.

 

FULL PROTECTION 
The DRIVE series of screw compressors work number at unload mode is reducedby this way air end and motor bearings get more less forced and life time increased. By using input and output shock filters both inverter and motor protects against harmonic and voltage imbalance that may occur in network.

 

The Drive series of screw compressors can work continuously at low speed and this working mode will not create any cooling problem neither for motor nor for air end.

 

The auto drain which is equipped on air outlet of compressors separate 70 % of water from compressed air and drain with level sensitivity auto drain to out.

* Drive series compressors motors purification for current imbalance are much better than compared other compressors motors. Thus extends the service life of the motor, the motor efficiency remains at the same level for a long time.

* Drive series compressors motor run according to immediate air demand need and this feature provide constant pressure. The process requires constant pressure, especially with the Driver series so easy to get!
