SERIES TANK MOUNTED SCREW AIR COMPRESSORS

The Spark series which produced by Özen compressors, coupled structure with excellent design formed compressor, dryer and air tank is carefully combined with the series.

 

SPACE SAVING
Compressor, air receiver and dryer assembled together occupy less space than located separately.

 

INDEPENDENT WORKING
The units forming system have separate control panels, if necessary, allows compressor and dryer to operate separately.

 

COUPLED STRUCTURE ADVANTAGE
Units in the system connected each other with short connections for banning possible pressure drops. Couple structure also avoidpossible oil leakages.

EASE OF SERVICE
Coupled design provides extensive interior volume, will allow easy service and maintenance. It is possible reach directly to components which require maintenance or repair, during any process does not require touch or remove any other equipment or part.

Ozen Compressors produced air tank is tested with 2,5 times more than working pressure. The system consist Ozen compressors produced quality connection equipments which provide trouble-free operation for long years.

 

INVERTER APPLICATION
Frequency inverter can be applied as optional to Spark Series. By this way beside of space-saving, easy installation and easy maintenance advantages from Spark up to 35% energy savings can be achieved through use of frequency inverters.
